1. 800x480 HIGH RESOLUTION: The HD Multimedia Interface LCD IPS screen features a hardware resolution of 800x480, a 4-inch touchscreen, IPS display, and very wide viewing angles. 2. COMPATIBLE MODELS: The 4-inch screen for RPi is compatible and connects directly to all versions of for RPi (except for Pi 1 Model B, which requires an HD Multimedia Interface cable). 3. DRIVER PROVIDED: A driver is provided for the 4-inch screen for RPi (for your own Raspbian, for Ubuntu, for Kali, for Retropie). The backlight can be turned off to reduce power consumption. 4. COMPUTER MONITOR: The 4-inch screen for RPi can also be used as a computer monitor, in which case the touchscreen is not available and requires an HD Multimedia Interface cable. 5. HD MULTIMEDIA INTERFACE SCREEN INTERFACE: The 4-inch LCD IPS screen uses the HD Multimedia Interface screen interface and requires no I/O (but the touchscreen still requires I/O).
