If pads appear dry or lack stickiness, apply a few drops of water to moisten the gel and wait a few minutes to rehydrate. 5. Place electrodes on treatment area. Press firmly along edges and across entire surface to ensure good skin contact. Removal: 1. Gently peel off electrodes. 2.
