Keep the original packaging for storage. 3. Peel electrodes from release sheet by lifting the edge. Do not pull by the wires. 4. If electrodes appear dry or do not adhere well, add a few drops of water to moisten the gel. Wait a few minutes to re-hydrate the adhesive. 5. Place electrodes on the treatment area. Press firmly around the edges and over the entire surface to ensure good skin contact. Removal: 1. Gently peel off the electrodes. 2. Wipe electrodes with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water, then allow to air dry. Keep the sticky side facing up to avoid contamination. 3. Place the sticky side back onto the clear release sheet and return to the original packaging. 4. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, as these may damage the gel. Electrodes may also be stored in the refrigerator to extend lifespan.
