[How long can the gel sheets last?] The gel pad should be replaced regularly; each pad can last for 20–30 uses. [How to maintain them?] Clean and dry your skin before use. After using the gel sheets, reattach them to the cardboard backing. Gel sheets are consumables. Replace with a new sheet in the following cases: 1. Noticeably reduced conduction performance resulting in decreased effectiveness. 2. Loss of adhesiveness, drying out of the adhesive surface (gel), or presence of damage or dirt that cannot be cleaned. How to use: Attach the side with the white paper to the device pad. Attach the side with the transparent film to the skin.
