Close the choke valve, pull the starter rope 3–4 times to move the choke to mid-position, then fully open. 4. Turn on the power switch. 5. Pull the starter rope 4–5 times (with choke partially or fully open) until the engine starts. 6. Once running, open the choke valve on the carburetor mixer. 7. Generator operates normally.
