Integrated shielding reduces capacitive coupling from high dV/dt signals and prevents offset drift on the high side in high-voltage applications. Improved total output gain and offset error. Temperature-trimmed performance. Small size and easy installation. High-reliability single-chip Hall-effect IC. Low power consumption with 100 µΩ internal conductor resistance. Galvanic isolation enables cost-effective, high-accuracy current sensing in high-voltage systems. 3 V to 5.5 V single power supply. Typical bandwidth: 120 kHz. Step input current response with 3 µs output rise time. Output voltage proportional to AC or DC current. Factory-trimmed stable output bias voltage. Near-zero hysteresis.
