Description

The organic silicone fermentation cover is made of food-grade organic silicone, tasteless, and free from BPA. It has a high oxidation decomposition temperature, exceeding that of similar silicone products, and does not fade under normal daily temperatures, ensuring a long service life. This silicone fermentation cover is durable, odor-free, BPA-free, and maintains its color under regular temperature conditions. It is dishwasher safe and can also be easily washed by hand, requiring no time-consuming or labor-intensive maintenance. The fermentation lid measures 8.6 cm (3.4 inches) in diameter, fitting various fermenting vessels for making sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and other fermented foods from ingredients such as cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, and radishes. It can also be used to store items like coffee beans. Package includes 5 silicone fermenting lids. Optional metal rings may be included depending on the selected version.
