1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use morning urine. The best time to collect urine is from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Try to use the urine sample at the same time every day. After about three seconds, remove the strip and lay it flat for 10–20 minutes. Read the result within 30 minutes.
