Using the spoolie end, comb brow hairs upward. Use the flat edge to outline the bottom of the brow from arch to tail. Comb brow hairs downward and outline the top of the brow from arch to tail using the flat edge. Comb brow hairs back in place and fill in the brow from arch to tail using the medium edge. Blend using the spoolie. Use the fine tip to create hairlike strokes at the front of the brow. Start at the base, press down and pull up in the direction of hair's natural growth. Continuously blend throughout application.
