Insert the enameled wire to be stripped into the center of the tool holder. Move the enameled wire in the opposite direction of the motor’s rotation to remove the coating. 3. Release the power switch (handheld) or foot governor (fixed) to stop the motor. 4. Replace the wire and repeat the process as needed. Wire diameter adjustment: 1. For different wire diameters, adjust the variable speed potentiometer (handheld) or speed governor (fixed). Use slower speeds for thinner wires and increase speed for thicker wires. If the coating is not fully removed, gradually increase the rotation speed until effective. If the wire is being cut, reduce the speed until optimal performance is achieved. Set the appropriate speed for each wire size for best results. 2. When removing the wire after scraping, do not immediately disengage the blades. Wait for the tool to come to a complete stop before removing the wire to prevent sudden breakage or damage. 3.
