It is stain and UV resistant. Colourful details have been screen printed. EASY TO ASSEMBLE - Simply insert the wing fiberglass tips into the diagonal holes marked on the swivel hub. For use in high winds, we recommend using high strength glue to secure the fins to the hub - glue not included. Birds come in fiberglass form and plastic connectors so they won't rust. Their swirling wings create a fascinating blur of color. Even the slightest wind can make them look hard.
