This module integrates two sensor chips CCS811 and HDC1080 on one board. The measured values of the two sensors can be read separately by IIC communication. The HDC1080 is a low power, high precision, miniature digital temperature and humidity sensor chip. The CCS811 is a low-power miniature gas digital sensor for air quality monitoring. A metal oxide (MOX) sensor is integrated to measure the total equivalent volatile organic compound eTVOCs and equivalent eCO2 content. A microcontroller MCU is integrated inside the chip. The gas content value measured by CCS811 is self-corrected by reading the temperature and humidity value of the HDC1080 sensor and writing it to the CCS811 internal environment temperature and humidity correction register.
