The MAX2870 is an ultra wideband phase locked loop (PLL) with a built-in voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) capable of operating in integer and fractional N modes. This RF signal source module features full touch screen frequency input with selectable point frequency or sweep output modes. It includes an onboard default high accuracy 25MHz 0.5ppm TCXO, with internal VCO base frequency output range from 3 to 6GHz and base frequency crossover below 3GHz. When used with an external reference oscillator and loop filter, the MAX2870 synthesizes frequencies from 23.5MHz to 6.0GHz while maintaining excellent phase noise performance. The device offers dual differential output drivers that can be independently programmed for -4dBm to +5dBm output power, with software or hardware mute control. A PC control program is provided with ±4 to 5dBm output amplitude and 4-level touch screen control. Origin: China. Condition: New.
