High Precision XR2206 Signal Generator DIY Kit

This XR2206 high precision signal generator kit produces sine, triangle, and square waves with adjustable frequency and amplitude for circuit testing and development. The unit operates on a 9 to 12 volt direct current power supply or a standard 9 volt battery and features both coarse and fine frequency controls alongside a five bit precision resolution. 1. The frequency output spans from 1 hertz to 1 megahertz with independent coarse and fine adjustment controls. 2. The sine wave section maintains a 600 ohm plus or minus 10 percent impedance and keeps distortion below 1 percent at 1 kilohertz. 3. The square wave output provides 8 volts on a no load basis at 9 volts direct current input with rise time under 50 nanoseconds and drop time under 30 nanoseconds. 4. The triangular wave function offers an amplitude range of 0 to 3 volts at 9 volts direct current input and stays within 1 percent linearity up to 100 kilohertz. 5. The package includes one complete XR2206 DIY kit constructed from standard electronic components designed for straightforward installation and debugging.
