Featuring a high-pressure electric blower, it ensures thorough burning of waste engine oil. Testing shows that it can boil 1 kg of water in approximately 3 minutes after ignition. This unit helps repurpose used engine oil into a functional heat source. Constructed from galvanized steel, the furnace may turn red during high-temperature operation, which is normal and does not affect performance. The blower operates on 512V input voltage. Usage Instructions: 1. Provide an external oil container and connect it to the furnace outlet with a valve. 2. Open the valve to allow oil to flow into the combustion chamber until reaching a depth of 1 cm, then close the valve. 3. Ignite a small amount of flammable material, such as paper, and place it inside the furnace to initiate combustion. 4. Turn on the blower and allow the oil to ignite gradually. Adjust airflow as needed to control flame intensity. 5. Once combustion is stable, open the oil inlet valve to maintain continuous burning. Flame output will increase as internal temperature rises.
