Compatible with Differentials: for 28, Rear Suspension for 30 Front, Crush Sleeve Design, Grand , TJ Wrangler for 30 Front, JK Non- for 44 Front, Reverse Rotation, Straight Axle for 44 IFS Front, '92 & older, '93 & newer for 44 Rear, , 44 Rear, JK Instructions: Support vehicle with both front wheels off ground. Remove wheels and axle hub/seal assembly. Remove vacuum disconnect on passenger side of axle, if so equipped. Remove differential cover & drain fluid. Remove axle shafts. Remove gear carrier, being careful to mark bearing caps and bearing races so they can be replaced in their original positions and orientations. Remove old seal, which sits just inside axle tube where it meets pumpkin, with a pry bar. It's in there tight, so a big screwdriver probably ' do it. Press new seal into place.
