Standard for Modbus RTU Intercom Protocol:
Serial format: 8 bit data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity bits, default baud rate is 9600bps. Set the serial debugging software to hex for sending and receiving, with at least 500ms interval between two intercom. The CRC in the manual is the parity bit, 2 bytes. The default device address is 1.
for Modbus CRC Verification Steps:
1. Preset a 16-bit register to hexadecimal FFFF, called this register the CRC Register;
2. XOR the first 8-bit data with the lower byte of the CRC register, put the result in the CRC register;
3. Shift the content of the register to the right by one bit (towards the lower bit), fill the highest bit with 0, check the lowest bit;
4. If the lowest bit is 0: repeat step 3 (shift again). If the lowest bit is 1: XOR the CRC register with the polynomial A001 (1010 0000 0000 0001);
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until shifting right 8 times, in this way the whole 8-bit data is processed;
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to process the next 8-bit data;
7. The final CRC register is the CRC code (the obtained CRC code is low before high).
Troubleshooting:
1. The fan blade rotates sluggish, with large latency. Due to long-term use, there may be foreign objects in the bearing or it gets stuck. Please send the sensor back to the company for processing;
2. When outputting simulated signal or RS232, RS485, the meter displays incorrect value. This may be caused by wiring problems or intercom port failure leading to the inability to get accurate data. Please check if the wiring is correct and firm, whether the serial port is occupied, and whether the serial port is set correctly;
3. If it's not for the above reasons, please contact customer service.
