Position your arms at a 45 degree angle from elbow to wrist. The opening of the chosen strap should be just at the base of your elbow, but completely on your forearm. When ready, lift up by slowly straightening your legs Lower Find a level surface large enough for the weight and size of the item being carried to be supported.
