To associate with a Chawan (bowl of ceremony) and a Chashaku (spoon to matcha). After pouring the tea powder and then the hot water over it, beat the preparation with the Chasen (whip matcha) by making zigzags, until a foam forms on the surface. This whisk is handmade in the mountainous Zhejiang region of China. After use, rinse with clear water by handling it gently. Do not use detergents.
