Functional description
This current detection module uses the precision high-end current detection amplifier chip MAX471 produced by Midea Corporation of the United States. This module does not require an external power supply, and is directly powered by the power supply inside the module under test. It is generally used to detect current in a DC circuit with a power supply of 3-36V. The internal detection resistor has a detection capacity of 3A. Using it in parallel can also expand the ability to detect current and output a voltage proportional to the current. At the same time, the wiring is convenient and simple to use.
This module should be connected before the load to detect the current and after the load power supply.
Input wiring:
1. INPUTand is directly connected to the positive pole of the power supply (the positive pole of the load power supply), and INPUT- is directly connected to the positive pole of the load (change the load power supply).
2. GND is connected to the negative pole of the power supply or load.
Output wiring:
1. OUT outputs a voltage value, so it can be connected to the AD input terminal of a microcontroller. The ratio of the output voltage value to the detected current value is 1V/A. (That is, the output voltage value is 1V, which means that the detected current is 1A)
2. GND is connected to the negative pole of the microcontroller.
