You want to make a delicious and authentic gingerbread? Without having to buy all the spices needed for its preparation, you will find in the spice mixture to spice ScrapCooking the ideal mix bread to make your gingerbread for the holiday season. 70 g pot Ingredients: cinnamon, anise, ginger, cardamom, star anise, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, cloves and coriander To make your own gingerbread, you will need: - 1 jar of spice mix ScrapCooking - 250 g of honey - 250 g flour - 100 g caster sugar - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar - 2 eggs - 10 cl of milk In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, sugar and about 4 teaspoons spice mixture ScrapCooking. In a saucepan, heat the honey and pour it over your mix. Gently fold the eggs with a wooden spoon, then the warm milk to get a smooth preparation. Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan well buttered and floured. Bake for 1h-1:15. Turn out the gingerbread when completely cooled. It can be enjoyed the next day
