Package Sous Vide & Vacuum Packer

We've put together a package with everything you need to try cooking your food with Sous Vide. The package includes a Champion Sous Vide Precision Circulator, Champion Vacuum Packer and Champion Vacuum Bags in roll format. This is all you need to succeed with your "Sous Vide" the first time. Sous Vide means "under vacuum" and has long been used in restaurants all over the world. By first vacuum-packing meat, fish, chicken or whatever you want to cook, and then submerging them in a perfectly temperate water, you can achieve amazing results. You set your Sous Vide to the desired temperature, place it on the edge of a pot/pot, start the timer and the rest takes care of itself. Since the temperature is completely stable, there is no risk of cooking your raw material so that it becomes dry. The temperature stays within an accuracy of +/- 0.1°C thanks to the fact that it circulates the water.
