TF Card, also known as Micro-SD Card, features small size, large capacity, shock resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, stable performance, reliable data storage, silent operation, and no seek errors. It is a widely used memory card today. This adapter converts a Micro-SD (TF) card to an NGFF SSD interface. Applications include industrial computer motherboards, industrial computers, tablet computers, soft routers, POS machines, and hard disk video recorders. Before use, insert the TF card into the TF socket, then insert the assembled adapter into the mSATA slot while the device is powered off. After powering on, the LED light flashes, indicating normal TF card data reading. After first use or after changing the TF card configuration, initialization and formatting are required. Once formatting is complete, normal data operations can be performed. Compatible with DOS, Windows CE, Windows 98/XP/Vista/NT, Windows 7/8/10, and Linux operating systems. Enables flexible plug-in and removal of SSD-like storage for industrial applications, using TF cards as portable storage for flexible data mobility. After installation, the TF card can be used as a system boot drive or a data drive. Supports high-speed TF cards. Tested to support up to 1TB; theoretical capacity limit is not defined. Compatible with SATA Gen1 and Gen2, with transfer speeds of 1.5 Gbps and 3.0 Gbps respectively. Corresponding data transfer rates reach up to 150 MB/s and 300 MB/s. Supports plug-and-play with BIOS and operating systems—no drivers required. For data mobility, cold-swap is recommended (power off before inserting/removing). Do not hot-swap TF or mSATA devices.
