R4 Minima Development Board Suitable For Embedded Projects. The R4 Minima runs on the Renesas RA4M1 (Arm) processor with a clock speed of 48MHz. The RAM has been upgraded from 2kB to 32kB, and the flash memory has been increased from 32kB to 256kB to support more complex applications. In response to community feedback, the USB port has been upgraded to USB-C, and the maximum power supply voltage has been increased to 24V. The board features a CAN bus interface, enabling reduced wiring and expanded functionality through connection of multiple extension boards. It also includes a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter.
