This capacitive fingerprint sensor module integrates a commercial algorithm and dual communication interfaces into a compact ABS housing. Designed for straightforward integration into embedded systems, it provides reliable biometric authentication with efficient power management. 1. Constructed from ABS material with a 9.6 by 9.6 millimeter sensor area, the unit features high hardware integration for easy embedding in space-limited devices. 2. The capacitive touch sensor delivers 508 DPI resolution, stores up to 1000 fingerprint templates, and completes identification comparisons in under 0.5 seconds. 3. Operating on a 3.3V supply with under 55mA current draw, it includes a built-in human body sensor that enables touch wake-up and automatic low-power sleep modes. 4. Equipped with UART and USB communication ports supporting baud rates up to 115200bps, the module handles fingerprint entry, image extraction, and feature value upload through its onboard software. 5. The package contains one capacitive touch sensor module.
