Power On: Connect the red (positive) and black (negative) wires to the power source to display time. The built-in CR1220 3V backup battery maintains time for over 12 months when external power is disconnected. 2. Button Operation Sequence: Time/Minute mode Second mode Date mode Timer mode 3. Second Mode: In Time mode, press the button to display seconds (format: XX). After 30 seconds of inactivity, it automatically returns to hour and minute mode. Press again to advance to the next mode. 4. Date Mode: In Time mode, press the button twice to display the date (format: MM.DD). After 30 seconds of inactivity, it returns to hour and minute mode. Press again to proceed to the next mode. 5. Timer Mode: In Time mode, press the button three times to enter timer mode (display: 00:.00). If no action is taken within 30 seconds, it returns to hour and minute mode. Press and hold the button to start timing (colon blinks). Press and hold again to pause (colon remains on). To reset timer: disconnect external power, then press and hold the button for 5 seconds. Press the button to return to hour and minute mode or to view date and seconds. 6.
