The new combination of conditioning agents helps to condition the hair during the perming and straightening services for increased elasticity, bounciness and shine. Includes: Perm Emulsion 75ml ,Neutralizer 100ml ,Pre-Treatment 40ml Directions for Use: Prepare the hair with Pure Deep-Purifying Shampoo. Wind hair onto roots. Apply Creatine +Curl lotion. Leave to develop. Determine the final development time by taking test curls at different areas of the head. Open a rod gently to see if the hair is curled. Rinse with rods on whem the curl seems sufficient. Gently remove the excess water by tapping with a towel. Mix Wellaplex 1Bond Maker with water (1:6). Apply on roots and develop for 5 minutes. Neutralizing: Gently remove the excess water by tapping with a towel. Meaure 100ml of neutralizer on rods with sponge and leave in for 5 minutes. (you may also use application bottles). Remove the rods. Apply the remaining 1/3 neutralizer on hair and leave to develop for 5 more minutes. Rinse. Apply Wellaplex 2 Bond Stabilzer (10ml/2-3 pumps).
